"This place was great for such a long time; however, over the last 6 months the place has fallen apart! My daughter returned home from her mission and was arbitrarily placed as the driver of the most expensive car in our household (higher premiums!). When my son turned 16, i called and texted to have him added as the driver of another vehicle--3 months later, i found out he was never added. I gave them an opportunity to make things right, but wasn't even given an explanation or a phone call. was told Bear River has better service and rates. I'm on my way out while reporting the experience to State Farm Corporate!"

"The service I received from Justin at State Farm was above satisfactory. I went from 668.00 per month payment with The General down to 372.00 per month with State Farm. The Generals is only for auto insurance. No car rental if I have an accident but State Farm includes auto insurance, 100,000 life insurance and renters insurance. I think I found the perfect insurance to take care of my insurance matters. Thank you Justin from State Farm in Provo, Utah."

"I happen to be searching for another car insurance because the one we had went skyrocket in price. And because of that, many companies were cold calling me to offer a quote. One of those calls was State Farm Insurance and I answered. A nice, friendly and very polite man named Ceasar, asked my name and offered to save me money. I had many questions which he explained that I could understand. The quote showed a significant difference in the monthly premium. I was leary and wanted to compare with other quotes I had and of course talk it over with my husband. Ceasar agreed to call me back the next day. I did compare it with a few quotes with well known insurance companies. State Farm Insurance showed more coverage for less and I decided that this was the change I needed for our two vehicles and my budget. Thank you, Ceasar for walking me through the process which made it so easy to switch and save money!"

"Was lied to by one of the agents about my rate going up told me it was for Miss bills or Miss payments but for the last 4 months consecutively has been a higher rate and they keep charging me $450 instead of the 250 and when I was calling the agents kept telling me oh it's cuz of a Miss payment Miss payment but I checked my statements and all that was paid so shady practiced by one of the agents who worked there not really trustworthy will raise your rates the second they get a chance and there was no reason to so yeah switching car insurance don't recommend State farm they try to get you new make a sale but they don't try to retain you"

"Efrain, Thank you for expressing your valuable and welcome opinion. It appears that you are frustrated with your bill. Our Team works hard to handle Customer concerns, and according to our notes you requested a coverage change two days after the bill was generated. Once a bill is generated there is nothing we can do to change it. What we can do is have you pay the original bill and then we will credit you a refund on your next billing with the difference of price. We understand your frustration and wish there was a way to change the bill but it is just not possible. When we called you to explain this, you simply left us a 1 STAR REVIEW without a message rather than allow one of our excellent team members the chance to help you understand. "We have been with State Farm for close to 50 years. The personal attention that is given by each Administrative Assistant to every agent in the Provo Jasperson office is why we have stayed. We began with the late Don Tregaskis, and his legacy has continued. Our questions are always answered. Things that we have not considered or known about are also explained. Every person in the office will stop what they are doing to help you with your needs. We will continue with this office. There is no reason to leave. By the way, they always have several ways to save you money. In today's world, we need all the help we can get."
